I had the pleasure of working with Anastasia as our consultant during a recent RFP and agency selection process for a large-scale, complex website redesign.

Anastasia led us through a thoughtful Hopes and Fears workshop that helped our team align on priorities and expectations right from the start. She kept communication open and transparent with all the agencies involved — clearly articulating our needs and ensuring the process was fair, efficient, and rooted in mutual understanding.

Our RFP drew great feedback from agencies for its clarity and insights, which speaks to Anastasia’s deep understanding of both client and agency perspectives. Because of her leadership, we had an exceptionally strong pool of qualified agencies to choose from, and the process stayed on budget and on schedule the whole way through.

She was also a fierce advocate for us during contracting, making sure our interests were well represented at every step. Anastasia brings a rare mix of strategy, empathy, and calm confidence to her work, turning what could have been a stressful process into a genuinely rewarding one.

This was my first time working with an RFP consultant — a suggestion from a fellow digital professional — and in retrospect, I can’t imagine having done it without Anastasia.

Anastasia worked with our partnerships team at Project Liberty as a digital strategy consultant, and she was a great asset. She launched a newsletter reader survey that gave us valuable, actionable insights, created a weekly LinkedIn spotlight on our partner organizations, and led an influencer campaign that not only boosted visibility but also brought a group of creators to our fall summit. Anastasia brought both strategic thinking and a willingness to dig into the details. She asked thoughtful, big-picture questions but also jumped in to make things happen. It is difficult to articulate the massive impact Anastasia has as a digital products leader. She's brilliant, thorough, strategic, and compassionate. On top of delivering the highest quality experiences, she ensures that each product serves the users it's meant to serve and leaves a positive impact on the world. She does this not only by coordinating a variety of agile teams to create harmony, but also through meaningful mentorship, and careful consideration of individual and team dynamics. I loved working with her, and I would jump at any opportunity to work with her again now and in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Anastasia and the Ad Council team on several gaming partnerships with Allied Global Marketing’s clients. We created the first PSA using video game footage from Kingdom Hearts III for a bullying prevention campaign, designed a virtual t-shirt and campaign in Guild Wars 2 to promote a youth mental health initiative, collaborated on a Twitch livestream featuring talent from Life is Strange, and partnered on a Seize the Awkward campaign raising mental health awareness with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Anastasia was able to build credibility for the Ad Council in the gaming space, one partnership, event, and networking opportunity at a time. She was an excellent partner to work with, both in ideating and executing.
